By registering and accepting Sunkissed Bronzing terms and conditions that all information and details provided are correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity.
If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress
Product Description and Availability
We aim to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and accompanying photographs. All photographs are for illustrative purposes only. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. If you not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a 30-day return on all products.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure all details, description and prices of products appearing on website are correct when the information was entered into the system.
Offers and Promotions
Only one promotion code can be used per order and any promotion or offers cannot be added after the order has been placed.
These rules apply to all prize promotions, including free draws, promotions, prize competitions, instant wins and other offers run by Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd. Please note some Promotions may also be subject to their own express terms and entry requirements which shall feature on or around the entry page of the specific promotion.
1. Prize draws and promotions are open to all residents of the UK over the age of 16, except employees of Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd., all companies directly associated with Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd. (including the website management company) and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion (and any immediate family of the same)
2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
3. Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd . reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.
4.Winners will be notified by email soon after the draw. Winners have five (5) business working days to respond in full to the communication or another winner will be drawn.
5. By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, which can be used at any time on the website and related channels.
6. Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd.’s decision in all matters relating to all competitions and promotions is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd. will not accept responsibility for any incomplete, illegible or otherwise damaged entries, or entries not received through technical fault. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
8. Details of the winner(s) are available on request.
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Rainbow Cosmetics Manchester Ltd . makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for purpose of any prize offered as a result of any competition or promotion.
Free gifts are available during a specific period, while stock lasts. It cannot be redeemed for cash alterative and free gifts are not exchangeable or refundable. A customer cannot choose the free gift they will receive. All free gifts are subject to availability and non-transferrable. The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order.
Orders, Payments and Deliveries
All communication to you from sunkissedbronzing.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order, please check you junk folder otherwise please contact us immediately. nkissedbronzing.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your product(s) on the Website by pressing the place order button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
When your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the product(s) ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
sunkissedbronzing.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
At the current moment we only accept payment online. We accept payments in United Kingdom (£).
For payments made we accept Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Please do not send cash or cheque to us.
We do not hold any credit card details. All payment is processed securely though our approved payment provider.
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30-days return period. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). We offer to return items to us FREE of charge, please contact customer service and they will provide you with a pre-paid EVRI return label.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
For reason of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received.
Rights of Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your online order up to 14 days after the day which you receive your order.
If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as possible by email email@example.com
with the word CANCEL in the subject line, or in office hours by calling +44 (0) 161 767 7878. We dispatch orders very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.
If you order has already left our warehouse and you have decided to cancel. Please contact customer service for pre-paid return label.
We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note we reserve right to await receipt of the return goods, before issuing a refund.
Faulty, Damaged, Unsatisfactory Quality or Incorrect Item Received
We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, there is instances that mistakes do occur or product(s) are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and let us know any issues as soon as possible.
If you received any items which are faulty or damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service via email or telephone number within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Please note we reserve the right to requested a faulty, damaged or incorrect product(s) returned back to us.
sunkisssedbronzing.co.uk respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to facilitate the delivery of our products to our customers. All information is kept confidential and secured. We may periodically send emails to our customers informing them of updates to our services
All payments are made via Stripe, our secure payment facility. Please be assured that all financial transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. We do not see or retain any of your card details.
Sunkissed will not accept any liability for: any failure to deliver goods ordered, any delay in supplying orders and any damages or defects to goods delivered, any of which are caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
