Delivery and Returns


We only delivery to the United Kingdom.

All of our products are dispatched with 2 business days of the order being placed.

The estimate delivery dates are based on the average delivery time. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the courier service.

Orders being shipped via standard delivery will be delivered by EVRI racked service. If you choose Premium service this will be delivered by EVRI or DPD.  Your tracking number will be available in My Account section on the website.

If you’re not available to receive your order, your order will be left in safe place or a card will be left advising you to either collect the parcel or they will try to re-attempt delivery.

Highlands & Islands: 4-7 business days after dispatch.
 Premium  £5.95 Orders place by 1pm will be the next business day.

Deliveries will take place between 8am to 9pm.

Please note for certain area we are unable to provide Next day deliveries. Please see below.

There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays or Weekends and instead orders will be delivered next business day.


Premium Exception

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man requires 2 business days. Scottish Islands require 2-5 business days.


We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 30 days return period on all our products. If you’re not totally satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for your product(s).  Please note we will not refund any postage charges that you may have paid on the original order.

For reason of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received.

You can return items to us FREE of charge, please contact customer service and they will provide you with a pre-paid EVRI return label.

Any good returned more than 3 months after purchase date, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the return product(s) will be disposed of.

Returning a Faulty Product

If you received any items which are faulty or damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact customer service by email or in office hours call +44 (0) 161 767 7878 within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure you do not dispose of any broken items as we will require photographic evidence to support claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Please note we reserve the right to requested a faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) returned back to us

You are entitled to cancel your online order up to 14 days after the day which you receive your order.

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as possible by email with the word CANCEL in the subject line, or in office hours by calling +44 (0)161 767 7878. We dispatch orders very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.

If you order has already left our warehouse and you have decided to cancel. Please contact customer service for pre-paid Hermes return label.

We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note we reserve right to await receipt of the return goods, before issuing a refund.

How to Make a Return

Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and contact us for a pre-paid return label to be sent to your email address. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name, address, order no and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s) back.
